As a small independent business, we do not currently offer free returns. We accept returns on Ready to Wear items or items that may have incurred a manufacturing default if they are unworn and with tags, we ask that they are sent via Tracked or Signed For delivery as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items in the post.
Eligible orders that are considered for returns must be in the original sale condition: unworn, unwashed, free of marks or snags and with the original tags intact and attached. If you deem your item to be applicable for a return or an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that returning packages need prior approval from our Customer Service team via email and must be delivered to us within 30 days of the customer receiving it.
If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused/damaged/altered in your own care or has been received after 30 days then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Any authorised refunds will be minus the delivery cost.
We do not offer returns or refunds on our Made to Measure items due to the nature of the product; as they are made for each individual customer to their exact and unique measurements. Before placing your order, please ensure you are 100% certain on the fabric choice, colour, and style. Please ensure all measurements given are accurate and are not due to change, we cannot be held responsible if incorrect measurements have been given. If intending to provide updated measurements, these need to be provided within 2 weeks of the delivery date and must be confirmed with our Customer Service team via email. We do not offer returns or refunds on any Swimwear or Sale items.
